Price Includes: 12 nights lodging at 2.5 star hotels, breakfast daily, 8 lunches & 5 dinners, full time tour director, all deluxe private transfers throughout, luggage handling, all applicable taxes and sightseeing tours as indicated in itinerary.


Not Included: Roundtrip transportation to Lancaster, PA, 5 lunches & 7 dinners, tips to tour guides, driver, hotel staff of approximately $80, optional travel insurance, any required pre departure COVID-19 testing.


Deposit Required: $300 per person will reserve your place. A $100 service fee will be charged for cancellation at any time in addition to our normal payment and cancellation policy.

Day 1 - Lexington, KY

We depart from Lancaster, PA this morning and head south. We’ll make appropriate rest and meal stops as we make our way to Lexington, KY where we’ll enjoy our overnight.


Day 2 - Kentucky Horse Park & Memphis

This morning we’ll enjoy a tour of the Kentucky Horse Park. This afternoon we continue driving south and west to Memphis, TN *Dinner and overnight in Memphis, TN


Day 3 - Graceland & Dallas

Today we enjoy an audio guided tour of Graceland, the home of Elvis Presley before we continue our travel arriving in Dallas, Texas which will be our home for the next three nights.


Day 4 - Dallas

After breakfast we’ll take in the sights and sounds of downtown Dallas. Enjoy a tour of the Sixth Floor Museum, which examines the life, times, death and legacy of President John F. Kennedy and is located at the very spot from which Lee Harvey Oswald, according to four government investigations, shot and killed the President on November 22, 1963. This afternoon we’ll have time to explore the George Bush Presidential Library on the Southern Methodist University campus.


Day 5 - Fort Worth

This morning attend a worship service at Stonebriar Community Church, where Chuck Swindoll is the pastor. Afterwards we experience the past glories of the old west while traveling to Old Fort Worth. We’ll enjoy lunch at a historic downtown steakhouse and then tour the Stockyards area with a local cowboy as our guide. During our tour, we’ll observe the Longhorn Cattle Drive, which takes place through town.


Day 6 - Dallas Cowboys & Magnolia Market

This morning we’ll enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of AT &T stadium, the home of the Dallas Cowboys. Next we visit Magnolia Market, the flagship store owned by Chip & Joanna of the HGTV show, Fixer Upper. We’ll conclude our day with a tour of the LBJ Library (36th president) in Austin where we’ll enjoy our overnight.


Day 7 - Y.O. Ranch, San Antonio

This morning we visit Y.O. Ranch which is home to exotic wildlife and animals. Our guides will get as close us as possible for photographing them in their natural habitat. Enjoy a true chuck wagon lunch on the ranch offering some of the best hill country cooking around. This afternoon we travel to San Antonio which will be our home for the next two nights.


Day 8 - Alamo & Riverwalk

This morning we’ll tour the Alamo where Davy Crocket and Jim Bowie famously lost their lives defending against the Mexican army. We’ll have lunch at a local restaurant before we experience the mission Open Air Market, a jumbo flea market with over 2,000 vendors selling unique items. Later this afternoon we have free time to stroll along the Riverwalk, exploring all the area has to offer.


Day 9 - Martin Accordions, Lafayette

After breakfast we visit Martin Accordions in Scott, Louisiana. For over 30 years, Martin Accordions has built all hand-made, single row, diatonic accordions for professionals and beginners alike to provide the sweet, rich sound that Cajun and Zydeco is known for. This evening we dine at a local restaurant in Lafayette.


Day 10 - Greenwood Gator Farm, Tom Houmas House & Gardens

We begin our day exploring the back swamps of Greenwood Gator Farm, with Tim “The Gator Man” Domangue, and learning all about alligators. Next we tour the Houmas House and Gardens and see what a 1800’s sugarcane planation and antebellum mansion would have been like.


Day 11 - Mighty Mississippi, Vicksburg National Military Park

We begin our day in Natchez, filled with breathtaking views of the Mighty Mississippi, meticulously kept antebellum homes and churches, beautiful parks, historic walking trails, and hand-crafted southern home cooking. Next we tour Vicksburg National Military Park, which preserves the site of the American Civil War Battle of Vicksburg. Reconstructed forts and trenches evoke memories of the 47-day siege that ended in the surrender of the city.


Day 12 - Montgomery Alabama Civil Rights Memorial & Martin Luther

This morning we visit the Civil Rights Memorial, honoring the 41 people who died in the struggle for equal and integrated treatment of all people. Take part in a guided driving tour highlighting the life and influence of Martin Luther King, Jr.


Day 13 - Natural Bridge & Home

After breakfast we head to Natural Bridge Virginia. Natural Bridge, VA, was formed when a cavern collapsed and left the span that stands today. This afternoon we complete our trip returning to Lancaster, PA.
