Day 1. Arrive
Delhi
Traditional welcome on arrival with meeting assistance at the
airport.
Transfer to hotel.

Day 2. Delhi
Sightseeing of Old and New Delhi - Visit Jama Mosque, Red
Fort, Raj Ghat, Qutab Minar, India GAte, and drive past the grand
Government buildings.

Day 3. Delhi /
Agra
Drive to Agra. Visit world's greatest monument of love -
Taj Mahal, and Agra Fort. Evening a lecture on Mughal
history.

Day 4. Agra /
Gwalior / Agra
Travel by train to the fort city of Gwalior, known for its
spectacular hill top citadel with its Rajput palaces, Hindu
temples and a Victorian school. In the evening return back
to Agra by train.

Day 5. Agra /
Fatehpur Sikri / Jaipur
Morning drive to Jaipur, the fabled "Pink City"
enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri - the deserted capital city of the
mighty Mughal Empire. Evening a lecture on the history of
Rajput Warriors and Maharajas.

Day 6. Jaipur
Morning excursion to 17th Century Amber Fort. Scenic Elephant
ride up the hill to the old palace. Later sightseeing of
Jaipur visiting the Astronomical observatory (Jantar Mantar), City
Palace and the lovely Hawa Mahal - the Palace of Winds.

Day 7. Jaipur
/ Samode
Drive to Samode - a separate ruling dynasty for overnight stay
at a palace. A royal gala evening with cocktail dinner.
fireworks and royal welcome will be organised at Samode Palace
where the ex-ruler of Samode will be present.

Day 8. Samode
/ Mandawa
Drive to Mandawa - Famed for its painted murals. Wander
through the streets where mansions (Havelis) of rich merchants are
adorned with elaborate frescoes. In the evening meeting with
the ex-ruler of Mandawa.

Day 9. Mandawa
/ Bikaner
Drive to Bikaner - the 15th century royal walled city. Evening
cocktail dinner.

Day 10.
Bikaner / Nagaur / Khimsar
Morning visit the Junagarh Fort. The Fort Museum houses
a valuable collection of ancient manuscripts, miniature paintings,
jewellery etc. Later drive to Khimsar en route visiting Nagaur.
A theme village dinner on the sand dunes with folk dances.
The ex-ruler will apprise you about the history of the ruling
family of Kahimsar.

Day 11.
Kashmir / Jodhpur
Depart for Jodhpur - A
vibrant trade town that stands on a range of Sandstone hills.
Evening a meeting with the Maharaja of Jodhpur or a member of the
royal family over cocktails.

Day 12.
Jodhpur
Jodhpur was the
stronghold of the fierce Rathore clan, founded in 1459 by Prince
Jodha. Visit palace, forts and Jaswant Thada, an imposing
Marble cenotaph built in 1899.

Day 13.
Jodhpur / Ranakpur / Udaipur
Drive to Udaipur - Venice
of the East visiting enroute Jain Temples at Ranakpur. Built
in 1559 A.D. by Maharaja Udai Singh, the city has been described
as the most romantic spot on the continent of India by Col.
James Todd in his annals.

Day 14. Udaipur
Sightseeing of Udaipur -
including the City Palace - The largest palace in Rajasthan and
the Garden of the Maids of Honour constructed in the early 18th
Century. This evening a special Gangaur boat dinner on the lake
can be organized.

Day 15.
Udaipur / Delhi / Depart Delhi
Transfer to airport to
connect flight for Delhi. In the evening farewell dinner and
transfer to international airport for flight back home.
