Price Includes: All motor coach and land transportation, sightseeing, admissions, services of tour director and driver, lodging, meals as specified in tour itinerary, taxes, gratuities to bellhops and waiters at included meals.


Not Included: Cost of obtaining passports or visas, laundry, meals, beverages or sightseeing not included in the itinerary, travel insurance, gratuity to guide, driver, communication charges, & excess baggage fees. Port charges and gratuities to crew are not included on cruises.


Deposit Required: $300 per person will reserve your place. A $100 service fee will be charged for cancellation at any time in addition to our normal payment and cancellation policy.

Day 1: Arrive In Toronto

Arrive in Toronto, Canada's largest city, and transfer on your own to the Royal York Hotel. This evening join your Tour Director at a Welcome Reception. (R)


Day 2: Niagara Falls Excursion

Enjoy a full day of touring at magnificent Niagara Falls, including a cruise to the foot of the Falls aboard the Maid of the Mist. Tonight, relish dinner at the Royal York's exquisite Epic dining room. (B,D)


Day 3: Toronto/Board Via Rail

After breakfast, board The Canadian for a two-night journey to Jasper. Onboard, you will experience VIA's renowned Silver & Blue service, linen and china dining, and bedroom or roomette accommodations as you ride the rails west. (B,L,D)


Day 4: Via Rail Travel

Relax in comfort as you cross the prairies of Canada. This is a day to unwind and get to know fellow travelers. (B,L,D)


Day 5: Jasper

After a leisurely morning on board, disembark at the town site of Jasper, Alberta. Your Tour Director will point out some highlights of the area including Maligne Canyon and the "Sleeping Man in the Mountain." (B,L,D)


Day 6: Jasper at Leisure

Today is free to enjoy the wonderful town of Jasper and its surroundings. Enjoy a stroll along the shores of Lac Beauvert, or perhaps play a round of golf. Optional soft adventure excursions in the area might include a raft ride on the Athabasca River, or perhaps a cruise to Spirit Island on nearby Maligne Lake. This is a wonderful day of relaxation. Day 7: Icefields / Athabasca Glacier

This morning you will embark on an excursion down the Icefields Parkway, world famous for the breathtaking vistas, wildlife and glaciers. A highlight is the stop at the Columbia Icefields, with a SnoCoach excursion onto the Athabasca Glacier. Your day will end in the resort village of Banff. (B,D)


Day 8: Banff

Take a minute and breathe in the fresh mountain air. This morning, tour the highlights of Banff – Bow Falls, Tunnel Mountain, Surprise Corner and a thrilling gondola ride up Sulphur Mountain. Next travel to see two of the crown jewels of the Rockies: Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. You will have ample time to stroll the magnificent lakeshore and grounds of the Chateau. Take a side trip to the Valley of the Ten Peaks, which frames picturesque Moraine Lake, before returning to Banff. (B,D)


Day 9: Banff/Sun Peaks

Today travel west by motorcoach through Kicking Horse Pass and traverse the rugged Selkirk Range over Rogers Pass. Your Tour Director will tell about the history and development of the Canadian Pacific Rail on this route. (B,D)


Day 10: Sun Peaks/Vancouver

Travel to the scenic coast of British Columbia via the Coquihalla Route through the Cascade Mountains. Arriving in Vancouver, see sights like historic Gastown, Chinatown, and Stanley Park. Travel to Capilano Canyon and Suspension Bridge, and enjoy lunch near the Canyon. Tonight dinner is on your own to experience the many restaurants this cosmopolitan city offers. (B,L)


Day 11: Victoria Excursion

Departing Vancouver you will travel three hours by motorcoach and ferry through the pastoral Gulf Islands to Vancouver Island. Your destination is Victoria, the capital of British Columbia. Visit colorful Butchart Gardens and its floral displays, then fly by floatplane over the Gulf Islands back to Vancouver. Tonight enjoy a Farewell Dinner at your hotel. (B,D)


Day 12: Depart Vancouver

You have completed your journey, traveling the Trans-Canada route through five provinces taking in the vast contrasting landscapes this beautiful country has to offer. (B)
