Do all cabins have TV's >
  No. TV's are available in some cabins on some vessels . Please check at the time of booking.
Do all cabin's have hairdryers
  Hairdryers are available in some cabins on some vessels. Reception has a number of hairdryers for loaning out.
Do all cabins have fridges?
  Only suites on some vessels. Please check at the time of booking.
Dress Code
  The dress code is indicated in the Daily Program and is casual. Blue and white for Greek night or formal (Jacket and tie for men /cocktail dress for ladies).
Do the ships have internet access?
  Most vessels have internet access at a charge. Details of cost will be given onboard.
What's the smoking policy
  Dining rooms are non smoking areas. There are smoking and non smoking areas throughout the ship. We ask guests not to smoke cigars or pipes inside.
Do you have non smoking cabins?
  No, although we do prefer that passengers refrain from smoking in cabins
What are the cabin dimensions?
  Cabin dimensions vary even within categories. Check at the time of booking when you have been given a cabin number.
What is the electric current in cabins?
  110/220 depending on the vessel. Please ask at the time of booking.
What types of plugs are used in cabins?
  Two pin plugs depending on voltage. At the time of booking ask for further info.
Do cabins have windows/portholes?
  Cabins have porthole or window depending on the category and deck.
Do you have a babysitting service?
  No, we do not offer a babysitting service.
Is there a kids program on board?
  Yes we do have a childrens' program.
Is there a kids playroom?
  On some Vessels - Check at the time of booking.
Do you have pool(s)?
  Yes on all vessels.
Do you have jacuzzi's on board?
  There are jacuzzis on some vessels.
Which credit cards are accepted?
  All major credit cards are accepted and travellers cheques. We do not accept personal cheques. Credit cards are accepted in the duty free/great value shops only and can be used to pay shipboard accounts and excursions.
Do you have casinos on board?
  Yes.
Do l need a passport?
  Yes.
Do l need a VISA?
  Please check with the authorities in your country of residence based on the ships itinerary.
Do you cater to special diets
  Yes, please advise us at least 14 days in advance.
Do you have organized excursions?
 
We have an excellent selection of comprehensive excursions allowing you to select those most suited to your tastes and interests. Superior guides will astound you with their vast knowledge of the history of the sites visited making every port of call a place to remember.
Can we arrange celebrations, birthday etc. on board?
  Please advise us of birthday, anniversary honeymoon and we offer a complimentary celebration cake.
What is the minimum age for one to travel alone on your cruise ships?
  18 years old
Are there any luggage restrictions?
  No.
Can l bring liquor onboard?
  Not for onboard consumption.
Are there any Duty Free shops on board?
  Yes with a wide variety of items including gifts, perfumes, toiletries and cigarettes/liquor.
Is there a laundry service on board ?
  Yes there is . You will find laundry bags and itemised price list in your cabin.
Is there drycleaning service onboard your ships?
  No we do not offer this service.
Can my family contact me onboard?
  Yes, at the time of booking ask for the ship's contact details.
Are there safes available?
  Yes either in cabins or at the Pursers office. There is nominal charge of Euro 15 .
Are there religious services onboard?
  There are no services organised by the vessel, however many members of the clergy travel and offer services open to all.
What time are meals served?
  The daily program gives full details of meal times. Dinner has two seatings - main and late  approx 19:00 Main & 21:00 Late.
Can we prebook dining preference?
  Yes, prebook at least two weeks in advance.
What is not included in my cruise price?
  The cruise price does not include organized shore excursions which are optional and can be purchased either with the ticket or on board, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, medical services, casino expenditures or any other personal expenses you might incur on board.
Are all meals included in the cruise rate?
  All meals are included in the cruise rate EXCEPT the cabin service menu which indicates charges.
Can physically challenged people travel?
  Yes of course, should they need assistance they should be accompanied by an able bodied person.
Do you have specific cabins for physically challenged people?
  We do have some cabins on some vessels. Please check at the time of booking.
Are there any cinemas onboard
  On some vessels. Please check at the time of booking.
What do we pay extra for?
  The additionals are shore excursions, drinks(except tea/coffee/water with meals), beauty salon, duty free shop, gratuities to crew.
Are soft drinks included in the price
  No
Is tea and coffee served throughout the day complimentary?
  No
Is room service available?
  Yes there is a menu in each cabin indicating the cost of each item.
Is breakfast served in cabins?
  Continental breakfast is served at an extra charge.
What is the tipping policy?
  We suggest the amount of Euro 8 per person per day to cover all onboard personnel. This is charged to your shipboard account but can be adjusted by you at anytime. Tips are not compulsory.
Is there a doctor onboard?
  Yes, we have a physician onboard.
What are the charges for a doctor's visit?
  The ship has a price list for the various treatments you may require.
Can we visit the bridge?
  No, for reasons of security and safety the bridge cannot be visited by the passengers.
Are there photographers onboard?
  Yes a team of photographers will take a selection of shots throughout your cruise.
What entertainment programs do you have onboard?
  The entertainment is International and caters to the taste of secular guests.
Are Pets allowed onboard?
  Sorry no pets are allowed.
