Day 1• Wytheville
We begin our holiday tour traveling south through the lovely Shenandoah
Valley to our lodging tonight in Wytheville, Virginia.
A dinner buffet is prepared for us at the hotel.
Day 2• Pigeon Forge
Following our buffet breakfast at the hotel we continue to Pigeon Forge,
Tennessee where we spend the next three nights. This afternoon we visit
Bell Tower Square, in a setting of a Bavarian
Village with various specialty shops including The Incredible Christmas
Place. Following dinner at the
Apple Tree Inn we he have reserved seats for the highly acclaimed
Christmas Show at the Louise Mandrell Theatre.
Day 3• Dollywood
A continental breakfast is available at the hotel before we depart for
Gatlinburg located in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Our first stop is Christus Gardens where we view scenes from
the Bible with lifelike figures in authentic settings. Then free time is allowed to explore the many craft ships that line
Main Street. We return to the
hotel to refresh before departing for Dollywood, a replica of a smoky
mountain village with shows, rides, home cooking and unique shops.
We are entertained by their holiday spectacular “Christmas In
The Smokies” then enjoy a bountiful buffet at their Country Christmas
Pavilion. A festive spirit is sensed throughout the park lined with
thousands of lights and holiday themed shows at other venues.
We leave with a holiday-costumed guide to witness the splendor of
Winterfest; streets ablaze with colored lights and animated displays.
Day 4 • Comedy Barn
Following breakfast at the hotel we visit Beltz Factory Outlet World,
Tennessee’s largest enclosed outlet center.
This afternoon we arrive at the Old Mill where local craftsmen
sell their hand-made wares. Tonight
we enjoy dinner at a local restaurant followed by great family
entertainment at the Comedy Barn.
Day 5 • The Apple Barn
A deluxe continental breakfast is available at the hotel before we
depart for the Apple Barn Country Store in Sevierville where you can buy
anything pertaining to apples plus other fine gifts and crafts.
After lunch we depart for our lodging in Wytheville, Virginia and
dine at the hotel.
Day 6 • Home
Following a full breakfast at the hotel we travel home with arrival by
early evening.
