Day 2: Boston / St. Andrews-By-The-Sea
This morning drive north parallel to the Atlantic coast through a sliver of New Hampshire and into the wooded countryside of Maine. From the easternmost tip of the United States, cross into Canada and the province of New Brunswick, and proceed to St. Andrews-by-the-Sea. Here, check into the lovely Fairmont Algonquin Hotel, one of the most famous and historic hotels in North America and on the shore of the Bay of Fundy. (B,D)

Day 3: St. Andrews-By-The-Sea / Saint John / Charlottetown
Continue your journey northeast as you pass by the bustling and picturesque harbor of Saint John located on the Bay of Fundy, where the world’s highest range of tides occur. Then listen as your tour director describes the Loyalist and French settlement of the Kennebecasis Valley. Later, motor on through Cape Tormentine to today’s final destination, Prince Edward Island. This evening, enjoy a lively local performance in Charlottetown. (B,D)

Day 4: Prince Edward Island Exploration
Today's exploration of Canada's smallest province begins with a tour of Charlottetown. See Province House, where Canada became a United Confederation of Provinces, and the historic waterfront. Day 5: Charlottetown / Cape Breton Island / Baddeck
After a short ferry ride back to mainland Nova Scotia, cross Canso Strait to one of Canada’s most scenic areas, Cape Breton Island. Descendants of French and Scottish settlers and the original Micmac Indians maintain separate cultural identities in this gorgeous wonderland of seascapes, forests and highlands. In Baddeck, once the home to Alexander Graham Bell, visit the fascinating Museum named after his honor, before arriving at your resort hotel. (B,D)

Day 6: Cabot Trail Exploration
A highlight of your entire tour today is one of the most scenic drives in North America. Along the John Cabot Trail, magnificent vistas appear at each turn on this spectacular loop drive. This afternoon visit St. Ann’s Gaelic College, a cultural center for descendants of Scottish highlanders, before returning to your resort hotel for the evening. (B,D)

Day 7: Baddeck / Halifax
