Day 1:
Arrive In Calgary, Banff
Your
vacation begins at the Calgary Airport at 3 p.m. as you meet your Tour
Director and board a motorcoach to travel west into the scenic Canadian
Rockies. Your destination: Banff National Park. This evening enjoy a
Welcome Dinner at the hotel with your fellow travellers. (D)
Day 2: Banff, Lake
Louise
Breathe
in the fresh alpine air as you visit the highlights of Banff, including
Bow Falls and Tunnel Mountain. You are at leisure to explore the town of
Banff, or take the optional gondola ride to the top of Sulphur Mountain.
After a sumptuous buffet lunch and tour of the baronial Banff Springs
Hotel, continue to Lake Louise via Moraine Lake, set like a jewel in the
Valley of the Ten Peaks. Overnight at the spectacular Chateau Lake

Day 3: Lake Louise, Jasper,
Icefields Parkway
Travel
the awe-inspiring Icefields Parkway past towering peaks and immense
hanging glaciers to Jasper National Park. En route, enjoy the rare
thrill of a SnoCoach ride across the face of Athabasca Glacier. (B,D)
Day 4: Jasper, Sun Peaks
Travel
west along the Yellowhead Highway past Mt. Robson. At 12,972 feet, it is
the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies. Flank the rushing Fraser and
Thompson Rivers as you continue to the resort village of Sun Peaks. (B,D)
Day 5: Sun Peaks,
Vancouver
This
morning travel through the lush Fraser River Valley to Vancouver, with a
stop en route to visit the floral displays at Minter Gardens. This
afternoon, enjoy free time to explore Vancouver's shops and Museums
before joining your Tour Director for a festive Farewell Dinner at the
famous Capilano Suspension Bridge. (B,D)
Day 6: Vancouver
Tour
some of Vancouver’s highlights this morning before your tour ends at
the Vancouver International Airport. Please do not schedule homebound
flights before 1 p.m. (B)
