Following a complete renovation of all 366 rooms the 200-year-old Copenhagen Admiral Hotel appears even more unique and attractive than when the hotel opened in 1978.
366 rooms all fitted into the original 200-year-old timber construction of sturdy Pomeranian pine. The furniture has a story of its own. All 366 rooms have been equipped with new furniture made of solid teak.
A special and unique trait about the furniture are the characteristic teak gratings that were used on board ships to provide light below deck. Within the last year, we have spent
40 million dollars alone on the design of the rooms. All of the interior is new, from carpets and curtains, to deluxe mattresses and bedclothes. Only the classic architect-designed furniture by Børge Mogensen has been retained. Each room has its own special ambience, with the breadth of the beams giving a feeling of lavish dimensions. Every room has its own radio,
color TV, telephone and bathroom with bath and shower, hair dryer, sunken wash-hand basin and large mirrors. All 52 suites are on the top floor. Facing east with a view of the Copenhagen
harbor and facing west with a view of the city's beautiful towers and spires. The junior suites, in two
levels, all have a living room with a sofa bed. From this room a staircase leads up to the second floor on which the bedroom with a large double bed is located. If you wish to feel special, the junior suite is an excellent alternative to the double room at a very little extra cost.

Restaurant Pinafore: Inspired by the maritime surroundings the restaurant is named Pinafore. And this inspiration can be seen in the menu, too. Delicious seafood courses with many Danish
specialties. The menu also includes fine dishes with meat, poultry, pasta and vegetarian courses. The restaurant serves breakfast in the morning and is open both for lunch and dinner - all days of the week. The rustic interior decoration is fascinating with the visible timber constructions.
