TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservations
A $500 per person deposit is required to secure a reservation for this
tour, due by January 3, 2008. Make checks payable to “Federal Travel and
Cruises” and send to: 3170 N. Federal Highway, Suite 205, Lighthouse
Point, FL 33064 USA together with the International Reservation Form.
Final Payment
Final payment is due February 12, 2008. Payments can be made by check,
Visa, or Mastercard. Payments made by credit card will incur an
additional 3% surcharge on the amount charged.
Cancellation
Cancellation in writing must be received by Federal Travel and Pilgrim
Tours 91 days prior to departure for full refund of deposit.
- 91+ Days Prior: No Penalty of deposit
- 90-61 Days Prior: Deposit Amount ($500 for international tour and
cruise)
- 60-46 Days Prior: 35% of tour cost
- 45-31 Days Prior: 60% of tour cost
- 30-8 Days Prior: 80% of tour cost
- 7 Days Prior or less: 100% of tour cost
- Purchased travel insurance is not refundable.
Prices and Tour Components
International tours are priced at the rate of exchange at time of
printing. Due to the fluctuation of foreign currency, prices are subject
to change. Pilgrim Tours reserves the right to vary itineraries and
prices and substitute facilities and hotels of equal or better quality
if necessary. Air fares and reservations are subject to change until
final payment is received. Air schedules are subject to change as
dictated by airlines.
Member National Tour Association
Pilgrim Tours is a member of the National Tour Association, the leading
group travel association in North America setting standards of
excellence in product and conduct.
Price Includes
Roundtrip airfare from Miami, Florida (and other gateways), Lodging in 4
star hotels, 3 nights standard inside cabins on cruise, Full time tour
escort / Local Island guides on cruise, Breakfast & dinner daily / Port
Taxes (currently $65.00), All guides, entrances and transportation as
appears on itinerary, Services of long distance deluxe motorcoach as
appears on itinerary.
Not
Included
Air taxes (currently $390.00 – Subject to Change), Optional Port Tours
(Rhodes, Patmos, Ephesus: $80.00 per tour per person), Optional Day trip
to Delphi or Cape Sounion (Roughly $140.00 each), Optional outside
Cabins on cruise (additional $95.00 per person), Tips (Suggested $7 per
person per day), Lunches, Optional Travel Insurance, Optional Credit
Card Payments (Additional 3% of total bill).
Departure Taxes
When purchasing airline transportation from Pilgrim Tours, various
international departure and arrival fees are not included in the
airfare. Because of increased fuel costs, airlines may charge an
additional fuel surcharge at any time. The client will be responsible
for this increase.
Airline and identification Security
PROOF OF US CITIZENSHIP: All international tours require a current
passport. Your passport number must be recorded by Federal Travel and
Pilgrim Tours when making your reservation. Names on airline tickets
must appear as shown on passport. Non U. S. Citizens are responsible to
fulfill appropriate entry requirements of the destination country.

Tour Membership
Tour membership is available to all travelers and will not be withheld
if the tour operator can furnish special requirements that an individual
may need. Should meeting these requirements materially add to the tour
operator's cost, the Tour Member would be expected to pay these
additional costs. The Tour Director retains the right to terminate the
membership of any member displaying disruptive behavior, endangering
fellow members, or interfering with the operations of the tour.
Responsibilities
This tour program is operated by Pilgrim Tours & Travel, Inc., 3821 Main
Street, Morgantown, Pennsylvania 19543. In common with other companies,
Pilgrim acts only as an agent for Tour Members in arranging room
accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, admissions and restaurants.
Pilgrim reserves the right in its sole discretion to make changes in the
itinerary and is not responsible for expenses, loss of time, money or
other happenings resulting from a change of tour scheduling made for
Tour Members. Pilgrim and Federal Travel are not responsible for any
losses or damages of personal property or for injuries, expenses or
damages incurred by any Tour Member.
Cruise Line Cancellation
If a cruise line cancels the cruise due to inclement weather, mechanical
breakdown, fire or other disablement of the ship, insured clients can
cancel and will be covered for any non-refundable pre-paid expenses for
the trip. Itinerary changes by the cruise line are not covered.
Weather
If weather causes
the airline or other common carrier to cease services for at least 48
hours of the trip, insured clients can cancel and receive any
non-refundable pre-paid expenses for the trip.
