Half-Day City Tour:
The aim of this tour is to show you all the different and most interesting areas of Madrid, from the Borbones, Austrias and Isabelinos quarters to the Moorish quarters and the architecture of Old Madrid. Here we see the elegant squares of Oriente, Espana, Puerta del Sol, Cibeles, Neptuno, Atocha, Puerta de Alcala and Colon, with its great avenues such as Gran Via and Alcala. We pass on route famous atttractions, such as the Royal Palace, the Prado Museum, the memorial Retiro park and the Bullring. In the new part of Madrid we see modern buildings, gardens and wide avenues as well as the Santiago Bernabeu Football stadium, one of the largest in Europe. We will also stop by Planet Hollywood Madrid, the themed restaurant recently opened in one of the most luxurious areas of the city.

Escorial:
Escorial was conceived by Phillip II as a monastery but now the Royal Pantheon has become a symbol of the greatness of the Spanish Empire. We visit the Basilica, Royal Palace, Royal Pantheons, Infantes Pantheons and the Chapter Rooms. Next we visit the Valley of the Fallen which is located in a forest valley and extends to 13.6kms, 1350 meters above sea level. The 150m stone cross marks the height of the Basilica, completing the monument.

Half-Day Tour - Prado Museum:
The Royal Palace, one of the best preserved in Europe, is one of the most beautiful royal residences and is a permanent symbol of Madrid as the political capital of the kingdom. Inside the Palace, the most important official royal receptions take place, like gala dinners, the signature of important agreements and the very traditional ceremony of credential letters from foreign ambassadors to His Majesty the King. You will see the rooms of
alabarderos, the throne of Carlos III, various porcelains, the gala dining room, the museum of silver, many musical instruments, the principal courtyard, a chapel and four new rooms. We then continue on to the Prado Museum, located in a neo-classical building designed by architect Juan de Villanueva in 1785 and originally planned as museum of natural history. It has been an art museum since 1818.
