Day 1:  ARRIVE  OSLO
Transfer from Oslo Gardermoen Airport to hotel in connection with your flight arrival.  Dinner and accommodation at Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel, well situated in the city centre near the  Royal Palace and Karl Johan boulevard.

Day 2:OSLO
Morning 3 hours guided tour of the Norwegian capital, including visit to the world-famous Viking Ships, the Polar exploration ship Fram, and the amazing  Vigeland Sculpture Park. Afternoon excursion by coach to Holmenkollen for panoramic views of the city and fjord. Dinner and accommodation at Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel.

Day 3:OSLO - BERGEN
After breakfast departure from Oslo, driving to the mountain resort of Geilo for a delicious buffet lunch at Bardøla Mountain Hotel. The tour continues across the wild Hardanger Mountain Plateau, stopping at Fossli to admire Norway’s highest waterfall, Vøringsfoss, with a vertical drop of 180 m.  Descend to the lovely Hardanger Fjord.  Short ferry crossing, before continuing via Voss and Dale to Bergen , capital of Western Norway and Gateway to the Fjords.  Dinner and accommodation at Clarion Hotel Admiral, built over the water of the Bryggen Harbour and offering guests a unique maritime experience.

Day 4:BERGEN
Morning 3 hours guided tour of Bergen, including a visit to the popular Fish & Flower Market, the ancient Maria Church, Hanseatic Quarter, old Bryggen Harbour and other famous sights.  You will also experience a ride on the funicular railway to Mt. Fløien for panoramic views of the city and fjord far below.  Afternoon free in Bergen .  Dinner and accommodation at Clarion Hotel Admiral.

Day 5:BERGEN - BALESTRAND
The day starts with a scenic tour along the idyllic Hardanger Fjord via Norheimsund and Øystese to Voss.  Ascend the famous  Stalheim Canyon with breathtaking views of the  Nærøy Valley.  13.00 hrs: Start of 2 hours fjord cruise from Gudvangen to Flåm on one of Robinson Scandinavia’s own boats. Buffet lunch will be served on board during the cruise.Enjoy the spectacular scenery of the narrow Nærøy Fjord, followed by the majestic mountain slopes of the Aurlands Fjord. From Flåm drive across the Vika Mountains to Vangsnes for the short ferry crossing over the Sogn Fjord to Balestrand.Dinner and accommodation at Kvikne’s Hotel, one of Norway ’s most famous fjord hotels, beautifully situated overlooking the Sogn Fjord in a magnificent fjord and mountain setting

Day 6: BALESTRAND - GEIRANGER
Enjoy some spectacular views of the fjord and mountains as you ascend the Gaular Mountain Road .  After driving alongside lovely  Lake Jølster, stop to view the Jostedal Glacier, the largest in Europe,  followed by lunch. Descend to the beautiful Nord Fjord.  Afternoon: one hour’s cruise by ferry along the unforgettable Geiranger Fjord with its cascading waterfalls and narrow gorges.  Disembark in the picturesque village of  Geiranger.  Dinner and accommodation at the famous Union Hotel, overlooking the Geiranger Fjord.

Day 7:  GEIRANGER - OSLO
More magnificent scenery today, as your tour crosses first the  Grotli Mountains to Lom, then following  Lake Vågå, descends the remarkable Gudbrands Valley, reknowned for its old farmsteads and beautiful river, to the world-famous town of Lillehammer.  Stop for lunch.  After lunch time to visit the Olympia Park, before continuing alongside Lake Mjøsa, to arrive back in Oslo during the early evening.  Dinner and accommodation at Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel.

Day 8: OSLO - STOCKHOLM
After breakfast departure from Oslo, continuing by coach towards the Swedish border. Cross into the attractive province of Värmland to arrive in the city of  Karlstad on Lake Vänern , the largest in  Sweden.  Lunch in Karlstad.  After lunch the tour continues through a landscape of forests and sparkling lakes to reach the Swedish capital in the late afternoon.  Dinner and accommodation at the Hilton Stockholm Slussen, a first class hotel located close to the Old Town and overlooking the beautiful waterways of Stockholm, which have given this city the name of Venice of the North.

Day 9: STOCKHOLM
The day starts with a 4 hours guided tour of the city. Famous sights include the Royal Palace, Parliament Buildings , Cathedral, Royal Theatre, etc. You will also visit the enchanting Old Town (Gamla Stan) with its narrow cobbled streets and numerous antique shops.  Highlight of the tour is a visit to City Hall with its impressive Blue and Golden Halls, where the Nobel Prize banquet is held each year.  Afternoon free in Stockholm, with possibility to visit the famous Wasa Museum or take one of the popular canal tours.  Dinner and accommodation at the Hilton Stockholm Slussen.

Day 10: STOCKHOLM HELSINKI
Morning free in Stockholm. Afternoon transfer from hotel to pier, for embarcation on a luxurious cruise ferry of the Silja Line.  17.00 hrs:  Departure of cruise from Stockholm, sailing slowly down the picturesque archipelago past numerous small islands.  Dinner on board.  Choice of entertainment, bars, shops and casino.  Accommodation is in 2-berth outside cabins (seaside) with shower/WC.

Day 11:HELSINKI 
Enjoy your buffet breakfast as you sail into Helsinki harbour.  After disembarkation 3 hours guided tour of  Helsinki.  Famous sights include the Senate Square, Uspenski Cathedral, Parliament House, Finlandia Hall, Sibelius Park & Monument, Underground Temple, and much more.  During the afternoon you can explore the busy market place or the many souvenir shops close to the harbour. Finnish crystal and leather goods are an excellent buy. Dinner and accommodation at the Hilton Helsinki Strand, another first class hotel centrally located overlooking the harbor of  Helsinki.

Day 12:HELSINKI  DEPARTURE
Buffet breakfast at hotel, followed by transfer to Helsinki Vantaa Airport
to connect with your homebound flight.

Day 12:   HELSINKI – IVALO –  HAMMERFEST
After buffet breakfast at hotel, transfer by coach to airport for Finnair flight departing  Helsinki at 11.20 hrs.  At 13.00 hrs arrive in Ivalo in northern Finland, for the start of your tour by coach of the Land of the Midnight Sun.  Drive past Lake Inari , sacred lake of the Finnish Lapps with more than 3.000 small islands and cross the Norwegian border at Karigasniemi to arrive in the town of  Karasjok .  Scenic tour along the Road of the Reindeer to Lakselv.  Your tour continues through a mountainous landscape to arrive in the early evening in  Hammerfest , the northernmost town in the world. Dinner and accommodation at Rica Hotel Hammerfest.

Day 13:   HAMMERFEST – HONNINGSVÅG / NORTH  CAPE
This morning you will be taken on a 3 hours guided tour of  Hammerfest, including a visit to the  Museum of Post-War Reconstruction.  Other sights include the Hammerfest Church with its unique architecture, the Meridian Column erected in 1854 to commemorate the first international measurement of the Earth’s circumference, the Fuglenes Fortification constructed in 1810 during the Napoleonic War, and the Music Pavillion.  Highlight of the tour is a visit to the Polar Bear clubhouse, where you will be made a lifelong member of The Royal and Ancient Polar Bear Society. Lunch at hotel.  Afternoon departure from Hammerfest and drive to Honningsvåg on the island of  Magerøy.  Dinner and accommodation at Rica Hotel Honningsvåg.
After dinner you will be taken by coach (approx. 45 minutes drive) to the 
North Cape plateau.  During the months of June and July you can see the Midnight Sun illuminating the expanse of the Arctic Ocean – a marvelous spectacle of changing colors. At the nearby North Cape Hall you will celebrate your reaching the northernmost point in  Europe with caviar and champagne.  You will also receive a colorful certificate to commemorate the occasion.  Return by coach to hotel at approx. 1 am.

Day 14:  HONNINGSVÅG – IVALO –  HELSINKI
Enjoy your buffet breakfast before coach departs from Honningsvåg for the return journey to Ivalo, driving along the beautiful Porsanger Fjord with its miles of unspoilt nature.  This is a land of tundra, where reindeer roam wild and the stillness is only broken by the call of some rare bird.  This is the heart of Lapland , one of the last great natural reserves in the world. At midday you will arrive in the town of   Karasjok  , the cultural and political capital of the Norwegian Lapps.  Lunch at Rica Hotel Karasjok.  Time to visit this interesting town, often frequented by Lapps in their colourful costumes, before continuing the journey south back to Ivalo. Evening flight on Finnair to Helsinki.  Arrival in Helsinki, followed by coach transfer to hotel. Dinner and accommodation at the Hilton Helsinki Strand.

Day 15:  HELSINKI  DEPARTURE
The tour ends after buffet breakfast in hotel, with individual transfers to Helsinki Vantaa Airport in connection with your flight home.

Day 12:   HELSINKI- ST. PETERSBURG
Early morning transfer by coach from hotel to railway station.  06.30 hrs: Departure from Helsinki on Finnish train ’Sibelius’ for  St. Petersburg. Lunch box on train.  4:15 pm: Arrival in  St. Petersburg .  Coach transfer from railway station to hotel followed by 3 hours guided tour of the city with local English-speaking guide. Some of the famous sights on this tour include the Admiralty,  Palace Square, Smolny Convent, St. Isaac’s Cathedral, etc.   Dinner and accommodation at Radisson SAS Royal Hotel, an excellent  first class hotel located in the city centre.

Day 13:   ST. PETERSBURG
After breakfast at hotel, approx. 3 hours visit to the world-famous Hermitage Art Museum and the State Rooms at the Winter Palace . Afternoon excursion by coach starting with Lunch in Peterhof, followed by visit to Peterhof Grand Palace, the magnificent summer residence of all the Russian Tsars.  This evening you will be taken to a typically Russian restaurant for dinner. Accommodation at Radisson SAS Royal Hotel.

Day 14:   ST. PETERSBURG 
Morning visit, accompanied by our English-speaking Russian guide,  to the famous Peter and Paul Fortress, burial place of the Russian Tsars.  Lunch in Russian restaurant. Afternoon at leisure for exploring St. Petersburg, a city of outstanding architectural beauty,  famous for its magnificent palaces, cathedrals, fountains and bridges.  This evening you will be taken to see a colourful  Russian folklore show at Grand Duke Nicholas Palace. After the show, dinner will be served at the Palace.  Accommodation at Radisson SAS Royal Hotel.

Day 15:   St. Petersburg only

Day 15:   ST. PETERSBURG & MOSCOW
Guests continuing on the tour to Moscow have buffet breakfast at hotel, followed by late morning coach transfer with assistance to St. Petersburg Airport.  Approx. 1 hour’s flight to Moscow.  Coach transfer from airport to your hotel, centrally located in the Russian capital, about 10 minutes walk from the Kremlin. .  Moscow was founded in the 12th century, built as a wooden fortress on the banks of the Moscow River to keep out barbarian invaders from the east.  Today it is a modern city with wide boulevards and green parks, yet proudly preserving its historic monuments and impressive buildings from previous eras.   Dinner and accommodation at Radisson SAS Slavjanskaya Hotel. 

Day 16:  MOSCOW
Morning tour of the Kremlin and Armory
Museum with local English-speaking guide.  This tour lasting approx. 3 hours has to be done on foot as no coaches are allowed inside the area.  The Kremlin, which was the home not only of the Tsars but also of Lenin and Stalin, is surrounded by 7 meters thick walls and covers an area of 29 acres.  You will pass by the Lenin Mausoleum and the grave of the unknown soldier, where brides still leave their wedding bouquets, to visit the Coronation Church of the Tsars, and the famous Vasilij Cathedral.  The Armory Museum contains the largest collection in the world of crown jewels and coronation robes, including the wedding dress of Catherine the Great and the famous189 carat Olov diamond.  You will also see the golden horse-drawn carriages of all the Tsars and other treasures. Lunch at a nearby restaurant.  Afternoon free for shopping or optional visits.  In the evening you will be taken to another spectacular show, with dancers from different parts of  Russia, and including a 3-course dinner with coffee.  After dinner return by coach to your hotel.  Accommodation at Radisson SAS Slavjanskaya Hotel.

Day 17:  MOSCOW
After breakfast, approx. 4 hours panorama tour of the city by coach with local English-speaking guide.  On this tour you will see the amazing golden, blue and green towers of the Orthodox churches, the Bolshoy Theatre, Gorkij Park (Moscow's largest entertainments park), the Red Square the State University of Moscow, and numerous other famous sights.  You will also visit the fascinating pedestrian street Arbat,  known as the ’Montmartre of Moscow’.  Lunch at a restaurant in the city, followed by coach transfer back to your hotel.  Rest of afternoon free.  We can recommend a visit to the Pushkin Museum, famous for its collection of monuments from Ancient Egypt, or the popular Tretiakov Art Gallery.  During the evening you will be taken by coach to a typical Russian restaurant for dinner.  Accommodation at Radisson SAS Slavjanskaya Hotel.

Day 18:  MOSCOW  DEPARTURE
