April - November

Day 1: Depart for Warsaw
Leave USA via your jet flight to Warsaw.

Day 2: Arrive in Warsaw
Arrival in Warsaw and transfer to the Novotel Centrum Hotel. Afternoon at leisure. Meet the rest of the group at 6:00 PM in the hotel lobby for a welcome dinner accompanied by folk entertainment. (D)

Day 3: Old Town Market, Wilanow Palace & Vistula River
Some highlights of this morning's tour: Old Town Market, Jewish Ghetto Memorial, Royal Route, Lazienki Park and an excursion to Wilanow Palace, former residence of King Jan III Sobieski. Enjoy a stroll through the beautiful garden surrounding the palace. After lunch, depart for historical Torun – a wonder of Gothic architecture on the banks of the Vistula River. (B,L)

Day 4: Torun City Tour
Your city tour includes the birthplace of astronomer Nicolaus Copernicus on St. Anne's Street, Old Town Square, the 14th century Town Hall, the nearby 15th century ''Pod Gwiazda'' mansion, and much more. Overnight in Gdynia. (B,L)

Day 5: Gdansk, Gdynia, Sopot & Oliwa Cathedral
Morning orientation tour of the three sister cities of Gdansk, Gdynia and Sopot. The Old Town area of Gdansk is a masterpiece of reconstruction with its lovely burgher's houses, Town Hall, Artus' Court, Gothic Church of Our Lady, and Neptune Fountain. Continue to Oliwa cathedral for a concert on the famous pipe organ. Lots of time to roam or relax in the afternoon. Join us for dinner at a local restaurant. (B,L)

Day 6: Malbork
Today we leave for the Mazurian Lake district, one of Poland's favorite vacation areas. En route stop in Malbork, famous for the massive Teutonic Knights' castle – among the best-preserved medieval structures in Central Europe. Overnight in Olsztyn. (B,L)

Day 7: Olsztynek
After breakfast depart for Warsaw. On the way we'll stop in Olsztynek, the site of an outdoor museum of folk architecture. Included is a farewell dinner at your hotel. (B,D)

Day 8: Depart Home
After breakfast, transfer to Okecie Airport for your homeward flight to America. (B)
