Day 1: Departure
Relax on our night flight to Malta.

Day 2: Beautiful Malta
We arrive at our Mediterranean paradise and are greeted by our tour host during our stay. We begin with a brief tour en route to the Park Hotel, then free time to explore on your own.

Day 3: Gozo Heritage Option
Tour to Malta's sister island of Gozo. After a twenty-minute crossing, on setting foot in Gozo you will notice that although both islands are similar in history and development Gozo has a character entirely of its own. Gozo, which is a three-hilled island, is greener and more picturesque than Malta. During this excursion, you shall visit the temples of Ggantija, the citadel in Victoria, the bay of Xlendi, and calypso's cave. Free time for shopping will also be given - Gozo is well known for its woolen goods and handmade lace.

Day 4: Blue Grotto & Temples Option
Discover the Southern part of Malta. After having visited the fishing villages of Marsaxlokk and Birzebbugia we proceed to the fabled Blue Grotto where there will be the possibility of admiring the grottoes from close by. (Boat price not included - weather permitting). Lunch is then served in one of the villages nearby. After lunch you will visit the famous Tarxien temples - a group of three temples, which portray the skill and artistic abilities of our forefathers. The day will come to an end when guided through the cave of Ghar Dalam, one of the first habitats of these islands.

Day 5: Free Morning/Catamaran to Palermo/Sicily Tour
Arrival at the Jolly Hotel Palermo. Enjoy dinner and overnight at the Jolly Hotel Palermo.

Day 6: Palermo/Segesta/Erice/Trapani/Palermo
After a buffet breakfast, depart for Segesta to visit the Doric Temple, which keeps in its stone the weight of a long history, surrounded by a unique landscape. Lunch at a local restaurant in Erice, a medieval town full of myth and history, art and environment located at 800 meters above the sea. After lunch enjoy an orientation tour of Trapani's salt-mills. Return to Palermo. Dinner and overnight at Jolly Hotel Palermo.

Day 7: Palermo/Cefalu'/Capo D'Orlando/Tindari/Messina
After a buffet breakfast, drive along the Thyrrenian coast. Stop in Cefalù, a pleasant resort well known for its beautiful Norman Cathedral and medieval washhouse built in the rock. Proceed to Capo d'Orlando for lunch in a panoramic restaurant just in front of a white sandy beach. Continue to Tindari to admire the magnificent view of the sand-tongues. Continue to Messina. Dinner and overnight at the Jolly Hotel Messina.

Day 8: Messina/Reggio/Calabria/Taormina/Messina
After a buffet breakfast, sea conditions permitting, embark to Reggio Calabria and visit the famous "Bronzi di Riace". Return to Messina and lunch in the panoramic Jolly Hotel's restaurant with a view on Straits of Messina. In the afternoon depart to Taormina, visit the Greek Theatre and enjoy time at leisure for shopping or walking through the tiny streets. Dinner in a famous restaurant of the centre. Return to Messina and overnight at the Jolly Hotel.

Day 9: Messina/Mt. Etna/Syracuse
After a buffet breakfast, conditions permitting, excursion until 1800 meters, to Mount Etna the highest active volcano of Europe. Lunch in a typical restaurant on the Etna Volcano. Proceed to Syracuse. Visit of the Archaeological area including the famous Latomie of the Paradise and the Dyionisios "Ear" as well as visit of the island of Ortigia, singular treasure of the baroque style. Dinner and overnight accommodation at the Jolly Hotel Syracuse.

Day 10: Syracuse/Piazza Armerina/Agrigento
After a buffet breakfast, depart for Piazza Armerina and visit the worldwide famous Villa Romana del Casale famed for its well-preserved mosaics. Lunch in a typical restaurant and continue to Agrigento. Visit the Valley including the Temple of Juno, Concord, Heracles, Zeus, Castor and Pollux.  After dinner enjoy an unforgettable panoramic tour of the Valley of the Temples illuminated. Dinner and overnight at the Jolly Hotel Agrigento.

Day 11: Agrigento/Monreale/Palermo
After a buffet breakfast depart to Palermo stopping in Monreale with visit to the "Duomo" (Cathedral) which is one of the most renowned monuments in the world as well as the Benedictine Cloister, in pure Norman style. Lunch at Jolly Hotel. In the afternoon visit the city of Palermo including the Cathedral, the Palatine Chapel in the Royal Palace, as well as a panoramic tour of the historical centre. Enjoy a Farewell Dinner. Possibility of an optional excursion "Palermo by night" with dances and "Opera dei Pupi". Overnight accommodation at the Jolly Hotel Palermo.

Day 12: End of Tour/Catamaran to Malta
After a buffet breakfast, end of your tour. Departure for Malta on the high speed Catamaran.

Day 13: Harbor Cruise & Sunday Special Cruise Options

Harbor Cruise - A detailed commentary will unfold the history of Valletta and the Three Cities connected with two Great Sieges of 1565 and 1942, as well as all the other places of interest including the historical forts, battlements and creeks which can only be admired from the sea. Captain Morgan's Harbor Cruise is renowned for its detailed commentary. We cruise into every creek showing you the closest possible views. A refreshments and toilet facilities are available on board. Optional Tour Price: $17.00 

Sunday Special Cruise: Pick-up from your accommodation to Valletta Market and around Valletta, Lunch which consists of A selection of Hot & Cold Main Courses, and Fruit, Captain Morgan's Harbor Cruise, Entrance Fee to Horse Races, and Transport back to Hotel. Optional Tour Price: $36.00

Day 14: Valletta & Malta Experience, Comino & Blue Lagoon Cruise, Jeep Safari Options

Valletta & Malta Experience: This guided tour through the bustling streets of Valletta will first take you to see the Barracca Gardens, from which you could admire, a great panorama of the Grand Harbor. You will then visit St. John's Co-Cathedral a place adorned in riches that date back to the times of the Knights of Malta. After this there will be a visit to the Grand Master's Palace, where you can see the staterooms. Lastly we stop at the Malta Experience, a multi-vision show that depicts Malta's history throughout the ages. 
Optional Tour Price: $22.00 

Comino & Blue Lagoon: This cruise passes both sides of Sliema, St. Julian's, the Casino, St. Andrews, Salina Bay, St. Paul's Bay and the island where St. Paul was shipwrecked in 60 A.D., Mellieha Bay and Comino's famous Blue Lagoon. The rest of the day is spent at one's own leisure sun bathing or swimming off the boat or going ashore to the small white sandy beach. A cold Buffet Spread is beautifully served by the Captain Morgan Stewards.

Jeep Safari: This ever popular Jeep Safari has been planned to show you the most beautiful parts of our Islands which are rarely visited by tourists. We avoid all the usual tourist sites and concentrate on an action packed day full of scenic beauty and fun. Transfers, Safari, Lunch, and Safari Tour Leader are all included.

Day 15: Homeward Bound
Our transatlantic flight will bring you home to one of our ports by late afternoon.

Including: 4 star hotel for 6 nights (breakfast, and dinner daily) in Malta double occupancy, 4 star hotels for 7 nights (breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily) in Sicily double occupancy, transfers, airfare from our ports.
