Day 1:
Departure
Departure from the USA on Alitalia to Rome.
Day 2: Arrive in Rome
Upon arrival in Rome our staff will assist you in transferring to the hotel. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure.
Day 3: Free Morning - Rome
After breakfast at your hotel the morning is at your leisure to explore Rome’s numerous ancient treasures, lovely piazzas and majestic fountains or to take an optional sightseeing tour. In the afternoon, you will take a tour of “Ancient Rome” that includes the Forum, Coliseum and the Arch of Constantine. In the evening you will enjoy a delicious Roman dinner in a local restaurant, including wine and music. A tour of Rome by Night will follow before returning to your hotel.

Day 4: Rome - Florence
After breakfast at your hotel you will depart for Florence by deluxe motorcoach. Along the way you’ll get a chance to visit the Basilica of St. Francis in Assisi. Journey through the enchanting Tuscan countryside stopping for a brief tour of the walled city of Siena, home of the famous Palio Horserace. Then on to the beautiful Rennaisance city of Florence! In the evening you’ll enjoy a fabulous Tuscan dinner in a local restaurant.

Day 5: Accademia Museum - Duomo - Signoria Square
After breakfast at your hotel there will be a morning tour that includes the Accademia Museum, housing Michelangelo’s statue of David, continuing on foot to see the majestic Duomo and Baptistery. Then on to Signoria Square and the Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge) over the Arno River. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure.

Day 6: Florence - Venice
Enjoy a final spectacular view of Florence from Michelangelo Square. Then depart for Pisa where you will view the famous Leaning Tower and Baptistery. Continue to Padua for a brief visit of St. Anthony’s Basilica before reaching Venice. Dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Venice
After breakfast at your hotel begin your discoveries of this romantic city with a walking tour that includes visits to the Piazza and Basilica of San Marco, the Bridge of Sights and the Doge’s Palace. The balance of the day is to be enjoyed at your leisure. We suggest an optional musical gondola ride through the enchanting canals and waterways.

Day 8: Depart Home
“Arrivederci!” After breakfast your transfer will take you to Venice’s Marco Polo Airport for your Alitalia flight to the
