Day 1: USA to Ireland
Depart USA for your overnight flight to Ireland. Dinner will be served shortly after take-off.

Day 2: Dublin
Early this morning you will arrive at Dublin Airport where you will be greeted by our guide & driver after clearing customs. Enroute to your hotel in Dublin your guide will introduce you to the many different parts of central Dublin. Pass through the historic buildings, Georgian streets with elegant town houses, public parks and monuments before arriving at your hotel in the early afternoon. The rest of the afternoon will be free for you to relax before dinner at your hotel. (D)

Day 3: Trinity College, St. Patrick's Cathedral & Dublin Castle
After your Irish breakfast this morning, you will begin your day with a visit to Trinity College to view the Book of Kells. The Book of Kells, was written around the year 800 AD and is one of the most beautifully illustrated manuscripts in the world. It is also one of the oldest books in the world. It contains the four gospels, preceded by prefaces, summaries and canon tables or concordances of gospel passages. Your next stop brings you to St. Patrick's Cathedral. According to tradition, St. Patrick baptized several converts at a well in what is now the park adjacent to the cathedral (the site is marked). To commemorate this event, a small wooden church was built. References to the well exist in many documents until the late sixteenth-century, but the site was eventually built upon. In 1901, the well was rediscovered and this ancient granite stone (marked with a Celtic cross), which covered the well, was moved into the Cathedral. Lunch will be on your own before moving on to Dublin Castle. This afternoon's Dublin Castle tour will walk you through the elegant State Apartments with historic portraits and furnishings before returning to your hotel to freshen up for tonight's special show and dinner, Jury's Irish Cabaret. Day 4: Waterford Crystal Factory
Following your Irish breakfast this morning, you will drive to Waterford to tour the famous Waterford Crystal Factory and watch skilled craftspeople creating elegant masterpieces. In the showrooms see a huge collection of tableware and trophies. There will be time for shopping before returning to Dublin this afternoon. This evening you will have dinner at your hotel. (B,D)

Day 5: Dublin - Kildare - Blarney - Killarney
Leaving Dublin this morning after breakfast, you will stop in Kildare to visit the National stud farm & Japanese gardens. Kildare is located in Tully, which was associated with the breeding of horses since about 1300, when it is likely that warhorses were bred here for the Knights of Malta. However, the first record of the setting up of a stud farm is in 1900, when the lands were purchased from a local farmer. You will stroll along the Japanese gardens, planned to symbolize the 'Life of Man', are now of international renown and are acclaimed as the finest Japanese Gardens in Europe. Stop for lunch on your own before arriving at Blarney Castle, where you will be able to climb the ramparts to kiss the well-known "stone of eloquence." This afternoon brings you to Killarney, known for its beautiful mountains and lakes. Arrive in Killarney in time to relax a little before dinner at your hotel. (B,D)

Day 6: Ring of Kerry
Today admire breathtaking vistas of mountains, cliffs and beaches on one of Ireland's most popular drives through the Ring of Kerry. After Lunch on your own, you will have a chance to take a jaunting car ride to the Gap of Dunloe. You will arrive back in Killarney later this afternoon in time for a special dinner at the Dannyman Pub, one of Killarney's famous pubs. (B,D)

Day 7: Listowel, Limerick & Bunratty
After breakfast this morning, you will depart Killarney for Listowel, where your first stop brings you to the Church in Listowel, then on to the Writers Museum. Lunch will be on your own. Passing through Limerick this afternoon you will arrive in Bunratty, where your special Irish show and dinner awaits you. Return to Limerick this evening for your overnight. (B,D)

Day 8: Cliffs of Mohar & Rathbaun Farm
Crossing over the Shannon River this morning, your first stop will bring you to the Cliffs of Mohar, majestic limestone cliffs that drop 700 feet to the open Atlantic Ocean and stretches for five miles along the coast. Continue on to Ardrahan for a visit to the Rathbaun Farm, a delightfully picturesque farmhouse where you will be taken on a fascinating excursion through Irish farming practices. It is hear you will see locals shearing sheep and demonstrating the art of handling them with their sheep dogs. Tea and coffee will be provided for you as well as special cakes before you depart for Cong. Upon arrival in Cong, dinner will be served in a local restaurant before arriving at Ashford Castle for your evening lodging. (B,D)

Day 9: Knock & Limerick
After breakfast this morning head north to visit the pilgrimage town of Knock, one of the world's leading Marian shrines. Over one million pilgrims come here annually to worship at the place where, on August 21, 1879, fifteen people claimed to have seen a vision of the Blessed Virgin, St Joseph, and St John. Late this afternoon you will arrive back in Limerick, where you will have time to enjoy dinner and pack up for your departure home tomorrow. (B,D)

Day 10: Departure Home
Following breakfast this morning, you will be transferred to Shannon airport for your international flight home. (B)
