DAY 1: ARRIVE PRAGUE (TUESDAY)
You will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. (D,O)

DAY 2: PRAGUE (WEDNESDAY)
A morning sightseeing tour takes us to the Royal Castle of Hradcany and into the old part of the city to view the Jewish Ghetto, and other sights of this captivating city. The balance of the day is at leisure or take an optional visit to one of the fine concerts in Prague. (B,D,O)

DAY 3: KARLSTEJN (THURSDAY)
An excursion to Karlstejn, the imposing Gothic castle built 650 years ago on a picturesque site in the middle of dense forests. After lunch in the nearby restaurant, we return to Prague. Your evening is at leisure. (B,L,O).

Day 4: SALZBURG (FRIDAY)
After breakfast, we motor south into Austria and proceed to Salzburg, the city of the 'Sound of Music'. Our afternoon sightseeing tour features the most important sights that connect the city with music forever, such as Mozart's birthplace, the Cathedral with its famed Glockenspiel, and more. (B,D,O)

DAY 5: VIENNA (SATURDAY)
This morning we will travel east to Vienna, the stately capital. Dinner at restaurant in the charming suburb of Neustift. (B,D,O)

DAY 6: VIENNA (SUNDAY)
A morning sightseeing tour is featuring a drive along the famous Hofburg Ring, where the sights that made the city famous will be pointed out to you: the Opera, the Empress Maria Theresia Monument, the building of Nature and Kunsthistorische Museums, the Votive church, the City Hall, the Belvedere Palace, views of Prater amusement park, UN buildings, St. Stephen's Cathedral and other vivid reminders of the city's imperial history. The afternoon is at leisure, perhaps for visiting some of the finest museums in Europe. (B,D,O)

DAY 7: VIENNA (MONDAY)
A half-day excursion to Vienna Woods includes the visit to the Abbey of Heiligenkreuz and to Mayerling, the summer cottage of Prince Ferdinand. Upon return to Vienna stop at one of the local inns for typical Austrian lunch and return to Vienna in late afternoon. The rest of the day is at leisure. (B,L,O)

DAY 8: BUDAPEST (TUESDAY)
After breakfast enjoy the views of the Austrian and Hungarian countryside as we proceed to Budapest. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. (B,D,O)

DAY 9: BUDAPEST (WEDNESDAY)
Situated on the opposite banks of the Danube River, the former cities of Buda and Pest are linked by a series of graceful bridges. Our morning sightseeing tour includes all the main attractions: the Parliament, the Royal Palace, the Castle Hill area, the Fisherman's Bastion, the Coronation Church, the Hero's Square and the Gellert Hill. The balance of the day is at leisure to explore this exciting city on your own or to partake in an optional excursion to Szentendre. (B,O)

DAY 10: BUDAPEST (THURSDAY)
A day at leisure. You may join in an optional excursion to Puszta. After the welcome drink we will attend the spectacular horse show and the skills of the Csikos, Hungarian horsemen. Afterwards, enjoy a hearty dinner in "Gundel" Restaurant while listening to the traditional Hungarian music. (B,D,O)

DAY 11: DEPART BUDAPEST (FRIDAY)
After breakfast we will transfer you to the airport to board your homebound flight.
