Day 1 SINAI
From Tel-Aviv, we transfer to Egypt at the Taba border crossing. We drive to the heart of the Sinai Desert and overnight at the foot of Mt. Sinai.

Day 2 ST. CATHERINE & THE GRAND BAZAAR
After an early morning wake-up call, we climb Mt. Sinai (via minibus) to experience the sunrise at the summit. After a visit to the monastery of St. Catherine, we drive to Cairo. The remainder of the day is dedicated to visiting the old city, including the Citadel and Great Bazaar. Dinner and overnight in Cairo.

Day 3 TRANSFER TO ASWAN
Upon arrival in Cairo, we transfer to our flight to the modern city of Aswan. After check-in, we'll have lunch (on our own) and then visit the High Dam, the unfinished Obelisk of Queen Hatshepsut, and Philae Temple. Dinner and overnight in Aswan.

Day 4 KOM OMBO & EDFU
Breakfast is served on board as we sail north to Kom Ombo. The remains of Kom Ombo Temple are situated on the riverside. Unlike most, this temple is dedicated to two gods - the crocodile god of Sebek and the solar god of war, Horus the Great. Our ships continues its journey north to Luxor. Dinner is on board.

Day 5 LUXOR
An exciting day of discovery awaits us in Luxor. We'll see the huge, Karnak Temple Complex which was commissioned by several generations of Pharaohs over a 2000 year period. As we travel down the Avenue of the Sphinxes, we arrive at the impressive Temple of Luxor. This afternoon we visit the Valley of the Kings and Queens and the Colossi of Memnon. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 6 CAIRO
After breakfast we board our flight to the city of Cairo. At the airport, we meet with our coach and guide for a tour of the city which includes the world-famous Egyptian Museum. We then head to Giza for a tour of the majestic Great Pyramids and Sphinx. We return to Cairo for dinner and overnight.

Day 7 DEPARTURE FOR HOME
We are transferred to Cairo Airport for our flight to the US.
