Day 1: Fort De France
The day we have been waiting for has arrived and we fly to Fort De France, Capital City of the French-speaking Martinique Island, where visions of seas and palm trees await our arrival. A motorcoach transfers us from the airport to our hotel in Trois Ilets, our home for the next 9 nights.

Days 2-9: Enjoying the Island
Enjoy your time in this beautiful resort area. You will not have enough days to really appreciate the beauty of this island. We can be as active as we choose or as relaxed on the sandy beach as we want. Spend the day at the pool or rest on the beautiful beaches of the bay, located 30 meters across the street from our hotel. Sun and sand, swim or snorkel, there are many choices available. Would you prefer more activities? It is possible in Trois Ilets! Five minutes away from the hotel, you will find all the accomodations you need to enjoy yourselves. Car rental for land excursions or boat rental for sea excursions. Enjoy an experience of scubba-diving in the beautiful waters of Martinique Island or race a friend on the seas with a wind surfboard. Perhaps you prefer the challenge of a tennis game, or playing golf on the 18 holes country club golf course. There are many options that you can choose. If you want to shop instead of sun, the possibilities are endless. Take a stroll in the many souvenir shops, tropical flower shops, or local grocery stores. Of course pharmacies, banks, exchange offices, ticket offices for excursions are all located near-by. Do not forget while you live this dream to try the many specialties of Caribbean food in the many restaurants available, and finish your day with a walk on the beach or in a club. A Tourist Center is near our hotel to answer all our questions and help us decide what to do.
Martinique is called the "Year-round Carnival Island" or the "Island of Sun and Flowers." Take a ferry just minutes away from our hotel and cross the bay to Fort de France. You will find things to do for every taste, every budget. Wherever you plan to spend your days, you will find a typical warm and friendly welcome and relaxing surroundings.
Martinique is also an island of varied landscapes. A coastline of picture postcard-pretty bays and inlets, gently rolling hills, a tropical rain forest, and towering mountains where you can enjoy mountain biking or horse-back riding for a change of pace. Don't forget the most important part: Parlez Français!

Day 10: Home
Our last day of this scenic vacation. We board our motorcoach for the return trip back to the airport. We fly out of Fort De France early afternoon, via San Juan (Puerto Rico) and arrive home in the evening.
