Day Tour
Day 1 • Depart USA
We depart Chicago mid afternoon for an overnight flight to Malaga. We
will enjoy various meals and service while in flight.
Day 2 • Arrive in Malaga
Upon our arrival in Malaga our tour escort will meet our group at the
airport and help assist us board our first class motor coach. We will
travel to Torremolinos where we will check into our hotel and have the
remainder of the day free to go to the beach or go shopping. We will
meet as a group back at our hotel later this evening for a special
welcome dinner.
Day 3 • Granada
After breakfast we will begin our Spanish adventure and travel to
Granada. Once in Granada we will enjoy a guided tour of the Royal
Chapel, Alhambra Palace and Generalife. We will have lunch at a local
restaurant before returning to Torremolinos this afternoon for time to
enjoy the beach or shop. This evening will be free for our leisure.

Day 4 • Cordoba and Seville
We depart Torremolinos this morning and take a 2.5 hour transfer to
Cordoba. We will enjoy a guided tour of Cordoba to include the Mezquita,
Medina Azahara and the Old Jewish Quarter. We will enjoy lunch at a
local restaurant before traveling 2 hours to Seville. (competition
scheduled today)
Day 5 • Seville
After our hearty buffet breakfast we will visit either Real Betis
Balompie soccer and Ruiz de Lopera Stadium or Sevilla F.C. Betis soccer
and the Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium. Here we will watch a practice or game
(teams schedule permitting). We will take lunch at a local restaurant
before taking an afternoon tour to include the Cathedral and Giralda
Tower, the Reales Alcazar, a visit to Maria Luisa Park/Gardens and time
to view the Plaza de Espania and Plaza of Toros de la Maestanza. We will
enjoy the opportunity of friendly soccer matches this afternoon. This
evening we will have the option of attending a Flamenco Dinner and show
for those interested.
Day 6 • Ronda
Today highlights a full day tour to Ronda. We will enjoy a walking tour
of Ronda to include time to view the Puente Viejo overlooking the El
Tajo Gorge, the bullring, Mondragon Palace to include the alameda Del
Tajo Gardens. We will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and return later
this afternoon to Seville. This afternoon we will have the opportunity
to take an optional excursion and experience the excitement of a Spanish
Bullfight.

Day 7 • Madrid
We depart Seville this morning and are transferred to the TGV train
station. We will enjoy a 2nd class tickets as we enjoy a high speed
train ride to Madrid. Upon our arrival in Madrid we take lunch at a
local restaurant and are transferred to our hotel for the remainder of
our day free at leisure.

Day 8 • Toledo
After our buffet breakfast we travel to Toledo for a guided tour of this
famous city. We will enjoy a guided tour of the Toledo Cathedral, works
of El Greco, the Moorish Bridges of San Martin and Alcantrara, time to
view the Cristo de la Luz. We will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and
then take a guided tour of the Reina Sofia Museum. We will return to
Madrid this evening for our overnight.
Day 9 • Madrid
We begin our day with a tour of Real Madrid stadium and Museum and
attend a practice or game (teams schedule permitting). After lunch at a
local restaurant we will tour the Royal Palace, the Prado Museum and the
Von Thyssen Museum. This evening we will enjoy a special farewell dinner
where we can share with each other the highlights of our tour.
Day 10 • Return to USA
After our buffet breakfast we will be transferred to the Madrid airport
for our return flight to Chicago.
